Peter Pham began his real estate career as a broker-owner of one of the top Century 21 franchises in the early 1980s with over 50 agents. He subsequently earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1985 and formed Peter Pham and Associates in 1989, a commercial real estate service company serving commercial real estate investors in Orange county particularly in the niche market of Little Saigon district. He is now president of PacificMark Inc., a real estate brokerage and management company.
